From the road to your table

A little more flavor. A lot more togetherness.

Grateful Dan’s Hot or Not began with a food truck, a well-worn recipe notebook, and a firm belief that every table has room for one more sauce.

The long, strange flavor trip

Good food should have a story to tell.

01

Built for the roadside

We started out serving hungry festival crowds and neighborhood regulars from a bright, rolling kitchen. The menu changed with the route, but the rule stayed the same: make food that makes people stop, smile, and come back for another bite.

02

Heat with a handshake

Our regular sauces bring the tang, smoke, and savory good stuff. Our hot sauces bring the fire without leaving flavor behind. Every bottle is made to play well with whatever is on your plate.

03

Good food finds good people

Markets, block parties, late-night sets, and lunch breaks: the truck is our excuse to meet people where they are. We’re proud to be part of the local food-truck community—and happier still when a bottle of sauce makes its way home with you.

The house rules

Our sauce philosophy, poured freely.

Big flavor first

Heat is never the whole story. Every sauce earns its spot with balance, depth, and a little mischief.

Made for sharing

We build food and sauces for passing around, piling on, and turning an ordinary meal into a small occasion.

Always on the move

The truck keeps us curious. New stops, new people, and the same warm welcome wherever we park.

Come say hey—or bring the flavor home.

Catch the truck for a meal, then keep the good stuff within reach with a bottle from the sauce shelf.
